
1 ON 1 TRAINING
Training with just you and me! Together we will create a plan to help you reach whatever your goals are. This training is best for those who are newer to working out or those who just want the extra accountability.

One on one sessions are tailor to your goals, using a progressive approach to build strength over time, in a safe manner. Generally speaking, a session with me includes dumbbell weight training, body-weight exercises, an emphasis on core work and cardio training (HIIT).
​
Currently, I offer both in person and virtual training. For in person, you may come to my home for training or I can come to you. For virtual, sessions are held over FaceTime using whatever equipment you have at your home. Sessions are generally 45-60 minutes and I recommend twice per week, minimum.
