ONLINE TRAINING
Online training is for those who want a workout provided to them, but want to do it on their own. This is great for people who don't need the accountability of the trainer, but don't want to think about what exercises to do.
With this type of training, we use an online platform called True Coach. In their app, I will provide you the workouts, which include short informative videos about how to do each exercise, so you never have to guess about what I am asking you to do! Then you can leave me feedback with each exercise about how it went. I will leave comments, encouragement, or challenges after your workouts as well. I am your resource and there to help, but these workouts will be done on your time, without me present. I will plan the workouts based on the equipment you have available to you at home, or at your local gym. The workouts will also be posted on our agreed upon schedule, to help keep you accountable.
